We understand the importance of investing in the correct fire and security system and we have created a range of flexible solutions for all our customers whether business or domestic, installation or maintenance, Westronics has a payment plan to suit your needs.

Maintenance Options

 

WestCare Plus

WestCare Plus is a comprehensive maintenance and service cover offered with all new Westronics installations.

Fully inclusive of:

  • 1, 2 or 4 maintenance visits per annum (as required by British Standards and dependent on system type)
  • All parts, labour and emergency call-outs to keep your Westronics system in perfect working order
  • Westronics emergency engineer provided 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year

Excluded from cover:

  • Third party damage to the system or acts of God

 

Westcare

WestCare is a restricted maintenance and service cover offered to clients who already have an existing system installed by another supplier or require a lower level of cover for their Westronics system.

Fully inclusive of:

  • 1, 2 or 4 maintenance visits per annum (as required by British Standards and dependent on system type) to comply with standards and insurance requirements.
  • Access to the Westronics emergency call-out engineer system (all call-outs are charged at the prevailing engineer rates).
  • Access to the Westronics preferred supplier rates for all equipment and parts to keep your system in perfect working order.

Excluded from cover:

  • Any parts or labour to rectify faulty equipment, third party damage to the system or acts of God.

 

Westronics Payment Options

Purchase

  • All systems may be purchased with full title of system passed to client on final payment. Our clients are offered a choice of maintenance options, as described above.

Lease Purchase (Three Year Agreement)

  • Available on all new business systems supplied and installed by Westronics.
  • Includes a Westcare Plus agreement throughout your contract and costs are fixed throughout the contract.
  • Full title of the system passes to the client following final payment when new maintenance options will be available.

Rental (Five Year Agreement)

  • Available on all new business systems supplied and installed by Westronics.
  • Includes a Westcare Plus agreement throughout your contract and costs are fixed throughout the contract.
  • Full title remains with Westronics throughout the contract.

For any business purchase, lease or rental of fire equipment or alarms, Westronics will include a comprehensive and complimentary Risk Assessment.

CCTV - Children's Charity
Our clients, a major childrens charity needed a bespoke system to provide extensive CCTV coverage to their school. All classrooms and strategic locations were to be monitored for both vision and audio to provide a safe secure environment for both teachers and pupils.

Access Control - Government Environmental Department
Westronics were asked to design, install and commission a complex access control system to provide security to locations in Leeds and Glasgow to be managed and monitored from the clients main site in Oxfordshire.

Fire Alarm - Major Hotel Chain
To design install and commission a fully addressable fire system covering approximately 200 rooms following a major fire which closed the building losing the client revenue. The challenge was to have the building fully functional within a very short time scale.
